All jewelry is shipped USPS Mail with proof of delivery.
Illinois Residents please add 6% sales tax.

For an extra charge of $13.75 per package your order will be shipped via 2nd
Day Air.
SHIPPING INFORMATION
All items are in stock and will be shipped within 1 to 5 days of payment confirmation. If an item is no longer in stock, due to a previous sale, the customer will be notified within one business day by email. Options for ordering a similar item will be included in this email notice.
If purchasing with a credit card, shipment will be mailed to the billing address on the card. I do not ship to P.O. Boxes. Should you require shipment to an alternative address for a gift or other reason please call or email for alternative solutions.
Shipping to outside the US is available to most countries. (Information upon request).
DIRECTIONS TO PLACE AN ORDER BY REGULAR MAIL
Print or copy the inventory #, description and price and mail by regular post. Do not send credit card information by email. Be sure to include your phone number so I can call you back if there is any question concerning your order.

- Certified check made out in U. S. Dollars to Wearable Art by Dede

GUARANTEE
All jewelry is GUARANTEED to be free from defects in craftsmanship. Should the jewelry fail and examination reveals it was due to negligence on my part I will repair or replace the item at no additional cost.
RETURN POLICY
Jewelry may be returned or exchanged within 14 days of date received as long as the item is in the original unused condition with no missing or broken pieces and the finish of the metal or glass is not altered or scratched. Any altered, broken or scratched items are not eligible for a refund or exchange unless the damage occurred during the original shipment or unless the item(s) were flawed due to our fabrication error. Original shipping charges and credit card fees (if any) are not refundable.
